Polishing My Brass

I am still finishing up with the projectile sorting and will get to the new shipments of brass as soon as I can.

Over this last month, I have sorted over a thousand pounds of projectiles.  During that time I have not sorted any brass.  I should be getting to the brass shortly.  I know that I told many of you this week but it will likely be the next week.  A short look at the brass to come shows alot of rimmless pistol and some rimmed and not so much rifle.  So I think I will remain slight on the availability of .380's, 45 Colt and 44Mag, WSMs and belted cases.  I saw alot of .45 ACP, 40 S&W, 9mm, 30-06, 7.62X51 just for starters.

I have a Ton of .452 250g & 300g

I bought 2500 lbs of these bullets.  1250 lbs of each.  I have gotten some good reviews on them with a sabot in PA and even as a .45 ACP.  An FFL in California has worked up a load for the 250g at 680 fps. (Hate to get hit with that slow moving freight train!)  The energy drop must be crazy.  I am looking forward to using them in my .454 Casull.  I think they were suposed to have a balistic tip but then they could not go in tube magazine.  So, at slower speeds they would be like ball ammo and at faster speeds they would be like a hollow point.  Their weights are very consistant adn the 'silver' coating will come off if tumbled.  Few have slight spots where the copper is comming thru so the silver is just for looks.  (check out the reviews)  12/03/09
